Flower Dancer

Sometimes a girl just has to put on a pretty blue goddess dress and twirl about in the flowers.  In fact, I highly recommend it because I was feeling pretty down and out before the dance but afterwards... I was floating on air. :)

Today's look began with a pose.  I love to make poses and had an image in my mind that I wanted to create for a photo at HuMaNoiD (my newest favorite place to take photos, lol).  Once the pose was uploaded to SL, it was time to find the perfect outfit.  This pretty blue goddess costume from SeVered GarDeN has been languishing in my inventory for quite some time and I knew this was the perfect time to use it.  When I checked the Marketplace to see if it was still available, I found it was not only available but being offered at a discount!

Woohoo!  I challenge you to slip on a pretty dress and dance barefoot in the flowers... it's the perfect cure for a bad day!

A Happy Day of Shopping

Today I took a trip to the Cupcakes sim to shop.  It is a lovely shopping area built around a square, making it easy to stroll around to every shop.  

There were so many wonderful things for sale here........ skins, dresses, and shapes galore!  I could barely contain my joy and found myself skipping happily from shop to shop!

In the center of the square, I found some lovely items offered at tremendous discounts!  Two lovely lingerie sets, each only $25L... which one shall I choose?  

Oh!  Look at these lovely mesh sweaters...... only $50L each!  I think I'll take them both!



Just before I left this lovely sim, I found the lucky chairs, midnight mania boards, and the cupcake lottery... hurray!!!  A couple of slaps and a bit of waiting later, I teleported away with some great prizes, fantastic bargains, and a landmark so that I could return later for more shopping fun!

Siss Boom, Coco, LeLutka, and Pepper

Today's look is a mish-mash of things old and new, some free, some not quite free, and some definitely not free. :)

I started with the pants, which are a hunt prize from Siss Boom in the April in Paris Hunt.  They were not quite free...... forgot exactly how much, but it was nominal considering there was a lovely lace top included in the prize package.  My shirt is from Coco... something I purchased in 2011 and love.  Such a clean, sexy, casual look!  My shoes are from Toki Doki and my belt is from Pepper.  The belt  has a texture change menu and I just love all the colorways!  The ring I'm wearing is a free gift from Crash Republic offered at the Kawaii Fair.  It is hard to see how lovely it is in this photo, so go visit Kawai Fair and get your own!

My hair is a gorgeous new mesh style from LeLutka called Trend.  I purchased the light blonde pack and found I really adored the Sookie shade.  My eyes are from Amacci and my skin is League's Jen in Deep Tan.  I took the photos right outside the Siss Boom shop using a free pose set from DottiePops called A is for Attitude.

Color Challenge Week 15 - Seashell Peach

I'll admit that I had a bit of trouble finding the right shade of peach for this week's Color Challenge... so much so that I cheated a bit on the photo and tinted it.  I'm wearing a gorgeous mesh jumpsuit from Hucci.  Four sizes are included in the folder and I had no trouble finding one that fit me.  I'm also wearing a casual updo hairstyle from Exile called Maylee that I just love!  My earrings, which are almost impossible to see in this photo, were made my me and I'm offering them as this week's free gift at DottiePops... so be sure to swing by and pick up your copy!

Chrysalis & A Free Skybox

As I was browsing The Marketplace this morning, I ran across this lovely dress from Chrysalis for an even lovelier price of free!  I quickly placed my order and fell in love with it the moment I put it on.  The white skirt flows beautifully and the black bows and butterflies make it pop!

I added my favorite pair of black pumps from mStyle and one of my favorite hairstyles from Truth called Diana.  I'm posing in a skybox I built this weekend.... one that I'm offering for FREE!  So please come by and pick up one.... it has 35 prims, measures 15m x 15m and is just the right size for a secret hideaway in the sky. :)
