Color Challenge Week 48 - Tangelo

I love citrus colors and tangelo is no exception!  I found this delightful romper dress at Tee*fy and I love the way it looks and fits so perfectly.  I added Maxi Gossamer's Giselle Opal Set in tangerine (I know, tangerine is not tangelo, but it is close!).  The set includes earrings, necklace in three sizes, and a ring in two sizes.  My hair is new from LeLutka.  It is called Ella and I'm wearing it in the Marilyn shade.  I just love this hair!  I bought the "naturals" pack and I love that I can wear it as blonde, brown, red, and black!

My skin is FAKE's Licia Skin and it is a current item at The Dressing Room Blue.  Be sure to visit TDRB soon because this is the final collection and the doors will close at the end of this round.

I found the location for this shot by looking through the Destination Guide.  It's called "The Garden" and looks to be quite an interactive sim with a game hud for sale at the entrance.  I'm sure I'll be back to play the games. :)

Color Challenge Week 46 - Juniper

I absolutely love the color juniper and I found the perfect outfit for the color challenge at the newest edition of Collabor88.  I'm wearing The Sea Hole's Painted Desert Bodysuit and matching mini skirt.  My hair is D!va's Daria, also from Collabor88.  My jewelry is from Mustang Trading Post , a lovely set called Tatonka.  The photo was taken in a gorgeous house that I tp'd into while searching for a nice cabin for this photograph.  I think it is actually someone's home but I couldn't help but stay for a few minutes for the snapshot.  I might have committed burglery so shhhh.... don't tell anyone! ;-)

According to Wikipedia, Feldgrau translates as "field gray" and was the color of the German army field uniform during the first half of the twentieth century.  Wow Luna!  Your Color Challenge has taught me something new again! :)

Color Challenge Week 33 - Tyrian Purple

According to Wikipedia, Tyrian Purple, also known as Royal Purple, is a purple-red dye that is extracted from snails.  It was prized by the ancients because the color became more intense with age rather than fading. :)

I knew there was a reason I liked snails... ;)

It is a beautiful color and I had fun hunting just the right outfit for Luna's challenge.  Thank you Luna for creating this wonderful and educational challenge!

Color Challenge Week 14 - Royal Purple

I'll admit, I'm not really a purple lover and I thought that this week's color would really be a huge challenge.... butI found the perfect dress at Gypset Market.  The latest round has just begun at Gypset, so everything there is new new new!  The gown is from Angel Dessous and is the very lovely!  I love the black flowers that embellish the bodice.

My skin is a new offering at GM from BLUSH called Faye.  It is available in four skin tones.  I'm wearing the tan skin today.  I added the Fresca makeup from Madrid Solo that I also found at GM.  Here I'm wearing the eye makeup only.  The lip color is part of the BLUSH skin.

My jewelry is from GANKED, a great set called "Vanity".  I've had it in my inventory for quite a while now and I wear it often!  My hair is from Heart Softens (now closed), a style called Rimi.

Color Challenge - Week 10 Avocado

I'm getting a late start in Luna Jubilee's fantastic 52 Weeks of Color Challenge, but better late than never.  This weeks color is Avocado and I found the perfect dress in this color.  It is simple, yet elegant, and very lovely.  I found the dress at The $100L Sale by theWareHouse and at $100L it was a steal!

I added the Traumerei jewelry from U&R Dogs.  My hair is Diana from Truth Hair and my skin is Emma from Tuli.  Love this dress and can't wait to go dancing!
