I found today's outfit while shopping at the latest edition of The Dressing Room Fusion.  I started with this lovely soft blue blouse from Kunglers.  I paired it with a black skirt from Baiastice and added the always versatile Helena heels from Redgrave.

Before I left The Dressing Room Fusion, I cammed around the sim and found this sweet birdy brooch at Whippet & Buck.  On the same wall, I found this sweet Ribbons & Pearls Bracelet.  I searched my inventory and found a set of pearl studs from MIAO to complete my ensemble.

A Day At The Beach With Hewitt

Today I took a stroll  along Flotsam Beach with my sweet kitty, Hewitt.  He had great fun watching the waves roll up on the beach and when he caught sight of fish in the water, well let's just say he had a wonderful time!

I'm wearing an outfit that I picked up at TDR Fusion, separates from Fishy Strawberry.  I love denim and this is such a fun and summery outfit!   I also found my lovely earrings at TDR Fusion, from Magic Nook.  My shoes are Redgrave's Helena and they've become one of my all-time favorites... I love the style and the texture hud is chock full of color choices.   My hair is a lovely style from Truth Hair and my skin is Glam Affair's Katya, available at Collabor88.

Baboom!

This lovely pink and green mesh dress is one of two dresses in the current group gift at Baboom!  I love how it is cut and textured.  I added the gorgeous Helena shoes from Redgrave.  There are 12 choices of shoe color and so many options for the different parts of the shoes.  The skin matching is a little daunting after being spoiled by the new Gos texturing system, but this shoe is so amazing it is worth the effort!

POE Hunt - Wilson's Closet, Rockberry, & Elemental

 

Today I'm showing more Peace On Earth Hunt prizes.  My dress is the hunt prize from Wilson's Closet.  I love the fur trim and I can see myself skating or caroling in this lovely creation.  

The skin I am wearing is the hunt prize from Rockberry.  Skylar comes in four tones: dark, light, natural, and tan.  I'm wearing the tan version.  The lovely earrings are a hunt gift from Elemental called Falling Snowflake.  It is such a pretty and delicate design.

$55L Thursday @ Innuendo

What a pretty black mesh cocktail dress I found today at Innuendo!  It is a $55L Thursday special and includes the dress, gloves, shoes, necklace, and hat.  I'm showing the dress, shoes, and gloves in the photo above.  I added a black pearl necklace combo from Maxi Gossamer and new hair from LeLutka called Ella.

I pulled out Bent's CyberMatrix pose prop from my inventory, something I purchased a few months ago.  There are ten wonderful poses included in the prop and the menu allows you to adjust your position so that you are perfectly placed in each shot.  The colors in the box are black and neon green, but I felt that a black and white treatment of this photo would be more dramatic. :)

It's Not Mesh Look #1

I have a love/hate relationship with mesh.  I love it because of the way it moves with my avatar, the ultra-realistic shape of clothing, shoes, and hair, and mesh hair simply rocks my socks off!

The only thing I don't like about mesh is that not everyone in SL can view it.  Now, it's easy to say "Well, everyone needs to upgrade to a mesh viewer"... but... not everyone's computer can run a mesh viewer.  Now, I'm not an expert by any means on computer specs but when my friends say, "mesh viewers won't run on my computer"... I believe them. :)

I like my friends and I want them to see me as I see me on my screen, so I choose not to wear mesh in their presence.  In fact, the only time I wear mesh when going out is when I'm alone and not expecting to run into any acquaintances.

That being said, I've decided to feature looks on my blog that are not mesh.  I know there must be readers out there who can't see mesh and I want to do my part to show them fun, fashionable looks that they AND everyone else can actually see :)

So.... on with today's look. :)

I'm wearing a to-die-for gown from AZUL called Calypso.  It comes in a gorgeous array of colors and I'm wearing it in "opal".  It is simply the sexiest gown I own and I wear it often.  My hair is the gorgeous Briony from Truth and it is actually a newish release... thank you Truth Hawks for continuing to release new hair that we all can enjoy!

I love taking photos at Garden of Dreams.  The photos always have a dreamy, painterly quality to them.  I feel like I'm part of the scenery almost and that feels really nice.

In The Mood For Black Damask

FireBird Design's newest creation blows me away!  I absolutely love the damask texture on the skirt and the top is so sexy.  I'm wearing the solid version of the top, but there is a sheer version for the more adventurous! ;-)

The bangles and belly ring are also from FireBird Design and really complete the outfit!  I have total L-O-V-E for this outfit and I may never take it off!

FireBird Design's Off-Shoulder Sweater Dress

I feel like a super hero in this new off-shoulder striped sweater dress from FireBird Designs!  It is mesh and moves like a dream as I valiantly fight evil... ;-)

All kidding aside, it is a terrific looking dress and comes with a texture change hud with three color variations.  I paired the dress with Redgrave's fantastic Bonnie Boots.  My hair is Elikatira's Studio and I'm wearing Blonde 02 from the Essentials pack.

I photographed today's look at the S.I.C.47 sim, a grungy, urban sim where you can find actual combat taking place.  In fact, I think I was shot a couple of times while I was there... so excuse me while I check myself for holes. :)

Sassy @ Zombie Popcorn

A notecard landed in my inventory letting me know that the Zombie Popcorn Collection was all new, so of course I had to hop on over and check it out!  The first thing to catch my eye was this gorgeous dress from Sassy called "Date Night".  It was available in several colors, but this lovely lavender one begged me to take it home. :)  The G Field Eve Flower Pumps were just the perfect style to set off the delicate flowers in the dress.  

My hair is a new mesh style from Magika called "Calm"... hard to see in this photo, but it is a smooth long hair style and the "meshiness" makes it cling to my avatar beautifully.  I love the color change hud that comes with the hair... so convenient!  My skin is a former group gift from Lumiere Skins called "Raine".  I can't locate the Lumiere shop inworld, so I've included a Marketplace link in the credits below.  I love this look.... soft, feminine, and very pretty.

Vero Modero Easter Egg Hunt - Part 1

What fun!  Vero Modero is having an Easter Egg Hunt!  There are twelve eggs hidden around the shop, six containing gifts for men and six containing gifts for women.  Clicking on the hunt sign just outside one of the doors will give you a list of hints to help you find the eggs.

This lovely top and skirt were in one of the eggs that I found.  I added some of my favorite jewelry from Apple May Designs and LaGyo.  A great look for spring!

Last night I decided to do The Fresh Unknown Hunt.  My first stop was Sleeping Koala where the prize was this bold Strappy BodyCon Dress.  I love the bright colors!  

I paired it with my favorite pair of pumps, Mstyle's Goshi Pumps in black.  At Persefona, I was delighted to find the hunt prize was a gorgeous pair of earrings named "Eve".  They work so nicely with this dress.
